Request a Donation Jack’s proudly supports charitable organizations and schools in the communities we serve. We donate gift cards to 501-C3 non-profit organizations for fundraising efforts. If you’re interested in partnering with us, please submit the form below no less than 20 days prior to your fundraising event.
